Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Rebecca has been great and really helped me in my life.
Rebecca is great and knowledgeable and also takes time to understand what is going on and how she can help.
Rebecca was very helpful at a time when I really needed someone to listen. An added plus was when she asked me questions that made me take an hones, hard look at myself....really opened my eyes. Thank you.
Easy to relate to and helps you look at things from a different perspective.
This counseling and the way Rebecca does it is amazing. She let's me decide when to open up about different things and that means no pressure. This is amazing. She is amazing.
She has been great!
Rebecca was extremely helpful when I felt like I needed her guidance. I never felt uncomfortable about being honest. I would recommend her.
I had tried a few people before I found Rebecca. They were all great but we just didn’t “click.” Rebecca has helped me navigate how to manage my anger and stress levels. My family, friends and coworkers have all mentioned how much better I have been and I owe a huge part to her. I cannot express how much she gets my unique line of work and the stress it brings. She works with me even though I know I can be very hard as a patient sometimes. She is practical and willing to say what I need to hear to improve myself.
Love how much she respects and listens to me
She’s available, consistent, knowledge and kind. The best!
Rebecca is kind, positive and empathetic. She gets to the core in a gentle and honest way.
Rebecca is great. She is genuinely interested about how my day is going and what things I need to address. She is always helping me explore my thoughts and think outside the box which sometimes I forget to do. It is nice just knowing that I can message her and talk to her about anything on my mind. She is amazing.
Best therapy sessions for my crazy busy schedule
I’m looking forward to continuing building a relationship with Rebecca and having her help me work through some difficult chapters in my life.
Rebecca is very understanding and insightful. She “gets” what’s going on without a lot of information. She has been so there for me and so supportive. I am so grateful for her expertise and personal relationship into my life. Thank you Rebecca and Better Help! And welcome Prince Harry to the team!
Rebecca has really listened to me and helped me feel like I matter.
I already have recommended this online counseling to a friend. Rebecca is wonderful and never makes me feel judged. I look forward to her feedback and guidance!
She's patient, understanding, and what she doesn't yet know she puts in the effort to learn about. She's been helpful and a delight to talk to.
Rebecca is amazing. I saw her as a counselor for two years. She became a friend I needed. I think I had been with betterhelp for about three years. She understood me. She helped me through the death of my fiancé, the completion of a doctorate. I will be forever thankful. She’s amazing.
So far Rebecca has been doing a great job. She listens and thinks about the appropriate thing to say. I feel like she is easy to talk to. I also am recommending a friend to her or the app.
Rebecca is amazing and I’m so thankful I found BetterHelp and her! She’s better than any counselor I’ve visited here in my city and has already helped so much and it’s affordable. I look forward to working with her more.
Rebecca has been extremely caring and helpful during this time. She has provided me with thoughtful questions and activities. I highly recommend her!
Rebecca is fantastic! I am so thankful to have her as my counselor.
Rebecca is absolutely fantastic. She gets right to the root of the problem and I really enjoy working with her.
Rebecca has been wonderful for me. She listens to me and doesn’t just tell me what to do. She helps me decide what it is I want to do and helps me to get to that point. This is my first time seeking therapy and I wasn’t incredibly sure that I was going to accomplish anything but she’s helped me so much more than I think she knows.
My relationship with Rebecca was very authentic. This was my first time reaching out to a counselor and she showed great compassion and care. She spoke like a friend but offered helpful tools and insight to help me meet or better understand my daily challenges. I feel like my toolbox for self-care is complete upon having worked with her.
Rebecca is awesome. She helps me to stay focused on what we are working on, and I feel like she is really interested in what I have to say.
She has proven herself to be caring, tactful, honest, & kind. She will get to the heart of it. It's encouraging to have someone listen, validate and bring a refreshing perspective into your life.
Rebecca is a good counselor. She listens and very compassionate.
I have now worked with Rebecca for over a year. I feel very safe with her. I can express my real thoughts and experiences. She pushes me just the right amount, even when I feel I can't go anywhere, so that I can climb up to a better place. She has been there through a lot of pain and life changes, including the death of my father. She is a very kind and bright person. I really appreciate her and feel blessed I was matched to her somehow.
I am so thankful I was paired with Rebecca. She makes me see myself in new, better ways all the time. Her schedule seemed tight at first, but she always gives lots of feedback, thought-provoking questions, and “homework.” I can’t imagine a more effective therapist for myself.
Rebecca is so kind and reliable. She makes it very easy to talk about issues that you’re going through.
Rebecca was a fabulous counselor. She was so compassionate and great at following up.
Rebecca has helped me to address some major challenges in my life and my emotional health. She has approached every conversation in a calm, non judgmental, and even humorous manner that allows me to fully let out what I need to. She offers helpful questions and ideas for sorting through issues, but always makes sure I am ultimately guiding my healing process. I have seen major improvement in my emotional health in the 3 months I've worked with Rebecca. I would definitely recommend working with her!
She is very caring and she gives practical advice. She also educates me. She helped me during the time I need to process my thoughts. God bless her.
You will never have a more caring and thoughtful counselor than this lovely lady right here!
She is wonderful. She's really helped me find ways to communicate with my husband and also to step out of my comfort zone. She's wonderful.
She very concerned in how I'm doing and how I feel and my sleep and the problems I'm having
Rebecca is amazing and I appreciate her advice.
Rebecca's great, I appreciate her!
Rebecca responds regularly. Checks in on me if I'm not responding. Listens to my needs and concerns.
I set high standards for others, including myself. It was well worth the wait as it took me a while to find a suitable counselor. I met with Rebecca Clinton, L.C.S.W., one time and already feel connected to the right clinician. Daily, she gives me extra attention in the message rooms, plus homework assignments, too. I know this is a good match because of Rebecca's objectivity as well as compassionate support. She is a true professional.
Rebecca is kind and helpful.
Rebecca has been a great partner along this path and I am so grateful for her insights and her knack for asking the right questions.
