My name is Jackie and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York. I have over 20 years of experience, working as a social worker/therapist. I have worked in many different environments including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, hospital emergency room, schools and private practice. I have experience working with clients of all ages who present with a wide range of concerns including depression, mood disorders, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, PTSD, and ADHD. I have extensive experience working with adults, couples, children/teens and families. When working with clients, I look to help each client to identify strategies that can be employed on a daily basis to improve their relationships across all environments (home, school, work). Jackie is by far the only therapist I've ever used that I feel listens to me and offers advice. I have seen many therapists throughout my life and I finally found someone I feel wants to genuinely offer advice and doesn't ultimately make me feel guilty. Jackie is great so far! She checks in frequently to monitor my progress. She uses live chats to have longer, real-time conversations, which has been really effective so far.
