Courtney has helped me get through this pandemic. I got into an auto mode working from home and I could not pay attention to my own needs. We have been working together and things I need to improve to deal better with my relationships and myself. She has respected my own time and she has been very helpful in my journey. I recommend her!

Hello! My name is Courtney. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for 4 years but have been working in the field since 2013. I have my Bachelor's in Psychology and Master's in Forensic Psychology. I have years of experience working with clients experiencing a wide range of diagnoses, including but not limited to, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, and Psychosis,
My style of counseling covers a wide range of modalities, including but not limited to, Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strength-Based ,and Psychoanalytic. I believe treatment is and should be individualized, and therefore does not always fit perfectly with one form of treatment or another. I have a person-centered approach giving my clients the opportunity to guide the direction of their sessions. I like to begin my sessions with first gathering information about my client, why they have decided to reach out for counseling and what they hope to gain from treatment. Through the first couple of sessions, building rapport and understanding overall treatment goals will determine which treatment approach will be most appropriate.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Shes really fun to talk to and outs up with all my weird questions in a professional manner. I believe she genuinely cares about my wellbeing and has been a great addition to my mental health care.
Courtney is very knowledgeable & gives helpful feedback & assessments. She is also very empathetic, kind, caring, and compassionate. She is very good at zeroing in on areas you need to work on & why without ever being judgmental or condescending. She gives you tasks/tools that you can do on your own that really help you. If anyone has issues with trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress, I’d highly recommend Courtney as a therapist.
