Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Beverly is wonderful. I was first matched with someone else, but it didn’t feel like the best fit. Then Beverly came along and was exactly what I needed. She is so genuine and caring and has been absolutely invaluable to me these last several months. I’m so very grateful for her. I would recommend Beverly to others with zero hesitations.

She is actually my 2nd counselor because my 1st wasn’t the right match! But Ms. Beverly is amazing. She is straight forward, to the point but you feel so heard! She has great documents to work on things outside of counseling... and they work so well!

I haven't been doing therapy for very long, but already Beverly has been a great help! She really listens and cares and helps me understand how I can better act on her advice on an individual level. Her advice really works too, as I can already see a great improvement in my mental health! I now feel more confident that I can handle my mental health, and even if I do struggle at times and don't know what to do, I feel reassured that I can always message for help and receive the guidance I need.
