Kerre was great. She just couldn’t offer what I need, which is in-person talk therapy. If I wasn’t my able to find a therapist here in Santa Rosa, I was going to ask her to be my primary. She is professional, attentive, and a lovely human to speak with. Thank you for all that you do.

The foundation of my treatment approach is building a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients through unconditional positive regard, trust and creating a safe space for my clients. I utilize the therapeutic approach models of client centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy, mindfulness, narrative therapy, gestalt therapy, motivational interviewing and attachment theory . My focus will be calling out your strengths, abilities and skills to help you achieve greatness, success and become the “best” version of yourself. My goal is for you to overcome any obstacle, hurtle or barrier that may be standing in your way of walking in the fullness of your calling. When we discover our purpose and can walk confidently through life the impossible can become possible. I am excited to start this journey of healing, wholeness and discovery as we walk together on this therapy path.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
