Amanda was very responsive and listened to my concerns and recognized my needs. She was insightful and was sympathetic to my issues that I was having but alway s offered me ways to see that I was not alone. I unfortunately did not have a lot of communication with her , but she was the stepping stone for me to know that I need to have more in depth counseling which I have always avoided. She took the fear and anxiety of talking to a counselor away with her kind and supportive advice. I would highly recommend her.

I only exchanged a few messages and had one video call with Amanda but she was very insightful, helpful and compassionate. I felt understood and like we would have made progress on things I know I need to work on. It may sense for my future to have a more local resource, including some advanced trauma services such as EMDR, and possible diagnosis / treatments that aren't available remotely.
