Of course, it's still early days until I know whether my situation improves but I am happy to provide other reviews in the future as we go along.

I’ve had 2 sessions with Joline and am looking forward to more. This is my first therapy experience and I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how it’s going so far. Joline’s very laid-back and easy to talk to. She remembers points I’ve brought up in the past, checks in on me between sessions and gives worksheets to continue learning through the week. I’m so much happier talking to a neutral non-family or friend about my current feelings. Highly recommended!

Reviewed September 2021

Joline has been such a tremendous help in every way. She jumped into the middle of a crisis and I could only afford a month of sessions. While none of the problems could be solved in a month, she gave me the emotional support I needed and offered kind, calm, and supportive suggestions to help me survive. I am so very grateful for her expertise and her ability to grasp everything so quickly . I will miss our sessions . I recommend her 100%.

Reviewed September 2021

Joline is a godsend. She makes me feel totally normal and justified while attending to the needs I have mentally. Her style is subtle, supportive, friendly, and just overall feels loving. Sometimes counseling can feel a little "objectifying" when there's not a lot of connection or empathy between counselor and client ~ I feel like I've been (or should have been) talking to Joline most my life. Whenever conflict occurred or my triggers were "triggered" I start a repetitive cycle of anger that would be mentally and physically consuming and ended with me in deep valleys of depression. Now things are different and I have a plan of counterattack that leaves me feeling "unburdened", balanced, and most importantly free.

Reviewed August 2021

Joline helped me to focus on the root cause of my anxiety, while providing practical solutions to apply in everyday life. Without her help, I would have spent much more time dwelling in my mind.

Reviewed July 2021

When I started with Joline, I wanted to work on self forgiveness, self love as well as my goals. She has been a great listener and has given me worksheets to work on. Reviewing them and her asking me key questions have been absolutely necessary for my progress. I am appreciative of this service and recommend it.

Reviewed June 2021

Joline came into my life at a time when my second marriage had just ended. I needed support and I needed it now. Better help allowed me to reach out when I needed it most. With the mental health industry under so much pressure, wait times are too long locally. Joline made me feel heard and that everything I’m feeling is normal and expected. She helped me with strategies to manage my emotions and is teaching me the importance of self care. Mostly she is teaching me about boundaries and the need to have them in order to protect myself. Very happy and I will continue to engage with Joline
