Dawn is phenomenal! She has made and continues to make therapy easy and relaxing. I can easily open up to her because she makes me feel very comfortable and understanding that I'm not the only one who goes through these issues. I am seeing a change in the way I think because of her and the exercises she gives me. She let's me talk and let's me get everything off my chest. Dawn was very helpful in our first few conversations addressing my initial concerns about stress and anxiety. I then unexpectedly suffered a great personal loss and Dawn was a tremendous asset in guiding me through my initial emotions as well as what to expect with the grieving process and how to handle coping with my loss. Dawn is extremely easy to talk to and down to earth. She offers a lot of practical exercises to help me manage my anxiety and reframe negative thoughts. Most importantly, I always feel happier and think more clearly after speaking with her. I have met face to face with other therapists in the past and I often left the appointment feeling worse. That isn't the case with Dawn. I would highly recommend her for someone struggling with depression and anxiety.
