I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York State with almost a decade of experience working with adolescents and adults of various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds struggling with problems related to mental health, substance use, relationship concerns and phase of life problems. During my career, I have worked in a variety of health care settings, providing both individual and group therapy. Using a client-centered approach, I emphasize empathy, positive support, and non-judgment in my work. Additionally, I prioritize the use of evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy interventions including mindfulness, as appropriate. I believe that the journey to become familiar with our authentic selves not only improves our feelings of wellness and self-esteem, but also helps to enrich the relationships that we share with others.
It is my privilege to partner with individuals on these very personal journeys and I look forward to travel with you on yours.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Cori has helped me immensely and I trust and rely on her.
She’s amazing
She has been consistently dedicated (with me) for three+ years. Thank you.
I feel Cori has a vast knowledge of helpful things beyond psychology that complement my therapy seamlessly and have been very helpful. Also, her insights have significantly resonated and helped me realize and work on something, providing a path to improve myself.
She is an absolute blessing she takes the time to listen and help you dissect your emotions and feelings and trauma and try to make sense out of everything . She is very kind and thoughtful an offers good advice and ways to cope and reflect with little exercises or videos working with her has started to allow me to see the bigger picture and help me understand that I am beautiful and I am enough I still have a long ways to go but she allowed me to open my eyes and see the light at the end of the tunnel . Thank you for all of your support
Cori has helped me find my feet again after losing confidence in myself and having uncertainty in my path. Would very much recommend!
Cori has given me tremendous help.
In such a short time, Cori has helped me open my eyes to my true potential. She’s a great listener and has some seriously great advice. I can’t wait to continue working with her.
Cori is amazing! I always feel better after our sessions!
Cori is amazing, she has helped me in so many ways. I had a very early divorce and needed help finding my way out of it mentally and Cori helped me through the tough times. She's also helped me work with addiction to alcohol and cigarettes substainlly. I highly recommend her as a therapis
Still early is the process but Cori has been amazing. Very responsive and actually listens.
So far amazing and Cori listen's to me which is the most important thing.
She's great! Very warm and comforting personality. Super easy to talk to and genuinely cares. I would definitely recommend her
Cori has been my therapist for three years now. She has been key to keeping me accountable and grounded.
I’ve been working with Cori for about a month now and felt extremely comfortable off the bat. She is a great listener who consistently creates a safe space for me to be introspective and vulnerable. Her approach is very curious— asking non-leading questions and providing reaffirming statements— which have greatly helped me find the answers I need to process my emotion. I have already recommended people to her and will continue to do so!
Honestly Cori has been an amazing therapist. The way she is so patient and understands my needs while having me think critically & look at things from a different perspective. She has helped me make breakthroughs during difficult stages of my life. I appreciate her so much
Cori Mosher has been such a supportive therapist for me for years now. I'm grateful.
I could not be more blessed!
Cori has just been so wonderful to work with. Always willing to be flexible, and her style of therapy has really helped me get through a difficult time in my life. I could not recommend Cori enough!
Cori is great, always listens and I feel better after every session.
Cori is kind, intelligent and wise. I've never had anyone take as much care to understand, validate, but also challenge when necessary.
Cori is phenomenal. This is my first time I decided to begin therapy for myself and I am so happy that Cori and I hit it off on the first try. She truly listens to me and doesn’t force me to talk about anything I don’t want to. She has helped me figure out some things and give me the tools to move forward. I truly appreciate her
Cori is a great listener. She helps me focus on what I need to work on in my life and is very encouraging.
I appreciate Cori. She’s great and listens to me and works with me and doesn’t judge me.
Cori is extremely understanding and compassionate. I felt very comfortable expressing my feelings in a non-judgmental environment. She is so sweet and although I only consulted her for a short period of time I felt improvement in my progress. Thank you so much Cori!
She is excellent in every conceivable way, my year without her I missed her like hell
I appreciate working with Cori. She is kind. She listens. She makes me feel heard and validated while offering helpful suggestions. She is self aware and careful not to be dismissive. I get a lot out of our sessions.
I’ve only had one session but I can tell it’s gonna be great because she truly values what I have to say and wants me to feel comfortable and express myself
Cori is a wonderful therapist. Were only a few sessions in, but her approach is very effective and cathartic. I look forward to working with her more.
Cori has been instrumental in helping me take active steps towards healing and resolving long standing issues. She is soothing but does not allow me to be complacent in my own journey towards mental and emotional health. Her expertise and recommendations have made huge changes in my day to day, and I am extremely grateful to have been matched with her.
I have been seeing counselors for about 15 years now and Cori has hands down been one of the best. She has helped me immensely with recent struggles, making sure I felt comfortable and understood every step of the way. She is very knowledgeable on different coping mechanisms and on top of it all a very kind person. I highly recommend her.
