I meet clients where they are at and take it from there. I use a client centered approach. You, after all are the expert on you. I specialize in trauma, attachment wounds, depression, anxiety and relationships. I also specialize in working with individuals with autism. Together, we can make you feel more joy, fulfillment and happiness. I look forward to working together.
