She is the best I have ever had and has changed my life
Better help has been such a positive experience for me, but my experience with Iamina has been the best thing that’s happened to me in years. She’s been a huge part in restoring happiness back into my life. Iamina pays close attention to detail and often correlates recent experiences with childhood ones and makes the connection to show why one can have similar feelings many years later. Like many other reviews, she doesn't feel like a therapist, but more of a best friend who genuinely cares about your well being and seeing you progress as quickly as you can. I fight fires for a living and have always been there to save other peoples lives, and Iamina has been there to help save mine. Not all heroes wear bunker gear and run into burning buildings to save lives, she’s helped save mine with just a pair of headphones and the desire to help me find happiness again.
Iamina is great! I feel very comfortable talking to her, and, most importantly, not judged in anyway. She understands that I'm a person who will make mistakes and know what's best for myself in certain situations, but wouldn't hesitate to tell me if she thinks I need to change my patterns of behavior.
