Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Jody is a great therapist. I would tell anyone that needed one to talk to her. I just think pride the app it’s self monthly is expensive so if not able to afford it this might not be the best option for you.
I highly recommend Jody for anyone struggling with LGBT and codependency issues. She is a great listener and validating. She helped me feel heard in a non-judgmental space and make better decisions for myself.
Good work
JODY IS A WONDERFUL PERSON ANS SHE KNOWS , AND UNDERSTANDS EVERYTHING !!!
Jody is great! She listens, understands, and supports me without telling me what to do. She knows I have the answers inside of me, and that lets me know that too!
Jody is absolutely amazing! She treated me like a friend more than just another client. Jody listened to all of my concerns and helped me navigate issues by reminding me what was important to me. I am so glad I found her and connected with her.
Jody has been exceptional to work with. I appreciate her encouragement as well as her availability via messenger. She has been exactly the guiding hand I needed, compassionate, knowledgable, and has also walked the path which I am currently on now. That is absolutely invaluable to me. I also find her easy to talk to and a very effective and direct communicator.
Talking with Jody is like talking with an old friend. It’s always a comfortable experience. She is very down to earth and so easy to talk to. A great therapist to have if you have gender issues or concerns.
Jody is very kind and attentive, and also offered great resources for my transition. I only worked with her for a short time but it was still a very positive experience!
