While much of my experience has been in the area of addiction, I also worked for ten years at a community mental health agency. I enjoy working with clients with addiction issues, anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues. I have a pretty laid back style. I’m a good listener and am very solution-focused. I feel that she is a very down to earth person who when I told her don't sugar coat just be honest upfront and forward and she respects that and does so so I feel good trust with her. I don't have to guess about anything she's very clear and she seems to really care about my mental health and me being able to have a better quality of life. I would recommend her to anyone :-)
