Jennifer helped me a lot through my PTSD and health anxiety as I went through a very scary diagnosis and surgical process. She gave me the tools I needed to still enjoy my life even when I was going through so many difficult things at once. I am so thankful I had her as my therapist during this time and will continue to use her techniques for a lifetime.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

She is a great counselor. Very engaging.
I was so scared to try counseling again to go through it all over again. My bipolar is so much better since starting with Jennifer. Since starting with Jennifer, I have told so so many people about Better Help. It’s like a little dose of counseling each day when using the journal. It helps.
She’s great!
Jennifer has been such an unexpected blessing! In all honesty I gave this no credence at first as far as counseling. She actually listens to every word I say and I can feel the empathy. I know she hears me. I go jabbering off and she gently refocuses me with and question or comment. I am truly grateful for the service. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone. Insightful, caring, patient, no judgement, down to earth well trained to help people like me find that elusive path. Really can’t express how much she’s helped me!!
I feel like she really listens to me and understands what I am going through. In the first conversation we had she was able to see some character traits that I didn't realize I had, such as I'm a people pleaser. Whenever, I have something I am working through she sends me worksheets to help me. I enjoy being matched with her and i would recommend her to others.
Jennifer has been a wonderful help!
Jennifer has been great. I, due to my own inability to have sessions with her, do not have much to go off of. However, she checks in regularly and has sent over documents for me to work on for our next meeting. She has let me know that her video camera on her laptop is broken. She is planning on getting it fixed. For right now, we are communicating via messaging and we are soon to have a phone session. Overall, she has been good and I look forward to working with her more.
I have been talking to Jennifer for about 3 or so weeks and she has been nothing but supportive and understanding. I’ve recently lost my mom and have just been having a terrible time and it has definitely been comforting being able to talk to someone about it.
I have only had a session with her so far, but outside of the session, she dedicated extra time to read my journal and help me out with it, and send me helpful guides and worksheets to better my understanding of the next steps in my care plan. She is really helpful, and I recommend her.
