Jess is incredible. I felt like I was destined to be anxious forever a few months ago but Jess has literally helped me turn it around and I feel so much more confident in my ability to tackle my mental health and specifically my OCD; I didn’t even understand what was happening in my head before my sessions with Jess and it has helped no end.
