Katherine is kind, patient, and always provides insightful guidance when I need it. Before therapy, my relationship with anxiety was debilitating - Katherine has taught me how to reframe my thoughts using CBT and DBT making everyday tasks manageable, and even enjoyable. Katherine was very helpful in addressing a variety of areas I was looking for help in - anxiety, relationship issues, boundaries, day to day motivation. She offers useful feedback when talking through thoughts and emotions, and points out key factors that could be contributing to the issue being discussed. She also makes use of worksheets that are useful to walk through thoughts and related examples, as well as to have as reference down the line.
