I love Sherell! I worked with her in 2020 but had to stop as I moved out of state. Even though I have access to therapy through my job and medical insurance, I came back to better help to work with Sherell. She is the best therapist I’ve worked with. She listens to my concerns and needs, she offers sound non-judgmental advice and she validates my feelings. She’s simply the best!

I am Sherell Taylor-Page, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Inglewood, California. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from National University in 2006. My experience includes working with clients in an inpatient residential treatment facility that struggled with the affects of physical abuse, addiction, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, insomnia, and trauma. The journey has been both personally and professionally rewarding.

I take an eclectic/integrative approach to therapy. It is important to meet clients where they are and I believe in blending elements of different therapeutic approaches and tailoring them to meet the client’s individual needs. The various treatment approaches I utilize include Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems Therapy.

I enjoy helping people reach their full potential in an empathetic, warm, and non-judgmental environment. I look forward to working with you and helping you meet your therapeutic goals.

I look forward to hearing from you soon!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Sherell since the first moment I met her has been great. She really listens and has good insight and asks the questions I need. I’m working on being an ACA and healing from other family trauma. She is caring and makes sure you feel safe and recognized. If you want someone to laugh with you and be the open ear you need totally choose her. I often laugh at my trauma and I enjoy that she laughs sometimes with me(defs not all, sometimes she looks a lil worried for me) but then follows up with some insight

Sherell Taylor-Page has been wonderful to talk to. She helps me whittle my anxieties down to their beginnings and work on the root of them. She offers many different types of tools to use when I am anxious that have helped immensely. She is supportive of actions I would like to take and helps me to take those next steps. I would highly recommend her.

Sherell is amazing, especially with understanding concerns involving teenagers. She listens so well!

Reviewed November 2020

Sherell is a great listener and takes the time to understand your concerns rather than jump straight to offering advice, which I appreciate. She allows you to decide what you want to talk about during sessions, and is good about following up on prior topics later on in the week via messaging. She is compassionate and empathetic, and very easy to talk to. Would recommend.
