I received a Master's in Social Work from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado. Therapy can be a daunting and intimidating process. I follow a person centered approach in providing care to individuals when developing treatment goals to help build a healthy and safe therapeutic relationship with individuals.
I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosis, impulse control and co-occurring treatment needs. I use motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic psychotherapy when working with individuals. I have extensive experience in crisis intervention and providing trauma informed care.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Thank you
Erin herself I would give 5 stars. She's great at providing valuable, practical techniques and knowledge to help me move forward.
Erin is a powerful listener. She will support you without the complexities of assumptions, and will minimize the vastness of worries and anxieties with simple truths.
Erin is a terrific listener and gives great advice, but the pauses after I speak and almost comically long… she definitely feels distracted and that’s been frustrating as I feel like 1/3 of our entire sessions are silence. I think we could make so much more progress with less of that
Erin is a fantastic therapist. She’s compassionate and thoughtful. She has provided meaningful advice and helped me to organize and understand my thoughts and emotions.
Great listener. Adapts to the topics that matter to you the most in the moment
Absolutely wonderful!
Erin is really nice and listens well. I enjoy talking to her, but at times it feels like it’s just me talking and her restating what I say. I feel like not much has gotten accomplished in the 2 months I have been talking with her. Maybe we are just in the beginning stages, but I would like a bit more advice and guidance of how to improve my mental state.
Erin gave me not only her time and patience, but a chance to find that same patience within myself. Erin always heard what I was saying, and never interrupted to get her thoughts out. She listened, intently, and helped me find ways and tools to help myself feel secure in my emotions.
Erin is amazing and always goes above and beyond. 10/10!
Erin is kind, patient and supportive. Just what I’ve needed to help navigate my challenging relationships.
Erin is great! She has a calming presence & is personable. I'm always very comfortable sharing during our sessions!
Ms. Frey helped me through a very terrible time of my life and transitioned me into a much better situation. I would highly recommend Ms. Frey!
Erin, is very caring, responsive, and helpful.
She's a really good therapist and really nice.
Erin is very perceptive and a fantastic listener. Almost every time she mentions something it is a perspective or angle I hadn't considered. Exercises she gives are useful and I am very appreciative for her time and assistance.
I’ve been with Erin for almost a month now and have had a very well experience with her so far. I do video calls with her weekly and we’ve gone over quite a bit and some ideas to help what I go through or course. She’s very understanding, no judgment whatsoever, and overall just very kind and there for you for what you need. Allows multiple ways of contact and is here when you need. Couldn’t ask for someone better.
Erin is calm, has a gentle approach, and is very thoughtful in responses. She makes sure that you can dedicate sufficient time to discuss what is on your mind. She feels like a sweet friend and genuinely caring family member wrapped into one without any judgment.
Absolutely wonderful
