Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I have never been to therapy before and working with Jesse is a wonderful experience. Jesse created a comfortable space for me and I learned so much more about myself and how does my mind works.
It was my first time doing therapy, and working with Jesse I felt very safe and supported . English is not my first language, and on top of that expressing how I feel was not my strong suit. Jesse's was very thoughtful and patient with me, and with her conversation skill she was able to guide me through.
I've only seen her a few times but Jesse is very kind and insightful.
My therapist is awesome. Jesse does great EMDR and can teach you many skills too. The progress I made with Jesse was really sweet!
Jesse is such a stellar human. She instantly saw me for me and picked up on my inner workings. I am so incredibly grateful for her!
Jesse's awesome, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. She's truly helped my mental health leaps and bounds in a very short time
Jesse is really helping me understand myself and look within. She asks the questions I need to know about myself that no one else does. It's helping me cope with stopping drinking alcohol and also dealing with money issues, relationship issues, anxiety and depression. I'm really enjoying being supported and have things to do outside the sessions to help me cope.
great therapist
Jessie continues to be wonderful and insightful. She is helping work through a lot of issues I had not even known were present. I always appreciate her kindness and sense of humor. Working with Jessie has truly been life-changing.
Jesse is amazing! She provided practical strategies for me right away, and I feel much better already. She really cares about you as a person and is genuinely excited to see you thrive. I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!
Jesse is amazing, I appreciate her direct approach to working through my PTSD! She is comfortable and easy to open up to!
I love Jesse in our short time together just two sessions once a weeks she’s changed my life! I hope to keep her forever
I've been with Jesse for about a year now. When I first started therapy I believed that I would be so mentally ill *permanently* that I would never be able to leave therapy, and I was incredibly jaded about therapists after so many bad experiences. Jesse changed all of that. She treated me like a human being. She has personality, compassion, and cares for her clients, which garnered a deep trust in her. I was able to open up to her in ways I had never opened up to anybody before. She calls it how it is, but you can tell that she does it out of care. She's not trying to humiliate you, or embarrass you. She genuinely wants what's best for you, and tries her hardest to help you achieve that. She put in her profile that "your mind is your own, and she's here to provide a manual". That couldn't be more true. She encourages you to sort through your own thoughts and emotions, to explain things your own way, and then helps provide logic and reasoning as to why you feel those ways, why you do those things. She helped me so much in creating a "manual" for understanding how I feel, and why I react to certain things the way I do. Now that I have the tools to understand myself, I can continue to better myself, without the weight of confusion and misunderstanding holding me back. As it stands, after roughly a year of therapy in her care, I'm officially ready to walk on my own two feet. It may just be a months long break, or it could be permanent. But whichever it is, I'm ready. I am no longer the broken husk of a person I was when I started therapy. Jesse helped me regain control over my life, and helped me gain the confidence to *keep* that control. I cannot recommend Jesse's services enough. I know, as well as many others, that she's one of the best therapists you'll ever find. I know she'll be there if I need her again. And I know, beyond a hint of doubt, that if I do need her again, she'll guide me once more in dusting myself off and getting back on my feet.
Thank you for your help!
very good and very observant
Jesse is a highly skilled and knowledgeable person who's empathy and understanding brings peace to those who struggle with the battle waged within. Highly recommend!
Jesse is so wonderful, and I feel like she really understands me. She makes me feel very comfortable during our sessions and is very conscious of making sure I don't feel judged. I feel like she is "on my side" and genuinely cares about my wellbeing. Jesse is a gift.
Been working with Jesse for a couple session and so far she is amazing.
I’ve been working with Jesse for a few weeks with my issues around behavioral addiction and obsession. I have never felt judged by her, and she has such a practical approach to address the “glitch” in my brain to help me. She is easy to talk to and I really love her no nonsense approach to get right to the issue and find a solution. Grateful to have found her and the tools she is giving me!
Only had two sessions and so far it has been great. I feel like I can tell her everything and her advice so far has been great. She also seems very good at figuring me out and asking great questions, which I think is great. That being said, I'm not a professional therapist so how can I judge a therapist. I don't have the knowledge to make such judgements. All I can really say is that I'm optimistic so far.
Jesse weight was great for me as an introduction back into therapy as an adult. My anxiety, depression, and chronic illness was high/effecting all aspects of life. She was kind, patient, flexible and candid with me to ease me back into therapy and figure out treatments. I also learned more about myself and my relationships than ever before because Jesse listens and puts answers and options to my questions, plainly. I wish I could stay working with her but I had to move out of state. I just wanted to leave a review stating that I am very impressed with her approach - I highly recommend.
Jesse is fantastic. She made me feel very comfortable and taught me new ways to handle anxiety that I use daily. Very knowledgeable and kind.
Jesse is amazing listener. Only ask questions with intent. Very sympathetic and understand. Never judgmental. She provides a good way to get thoughts and emotions out, and helps where she can.
Exceptionally helpful, honest, and understanding. I strongly recommend her to anyone in need of help.
Jesse takes the time to listen and really understand what you are going through. I feel heard and acknowledged in our sessions. She had been extremely helpful in getting me through this time in my life and I’m thankful to have her in my corner.

I have been working with Jesse for 3 months and she has seen me through one of the hardest times in my life. Her insight and encouragement have been instrumental to my growth and processing of my situation. Kind, honest and real.
Jesse connected very deeply to understand me. She helped me understand myself and the people around me. Helped me heal from mental abuse. She is amazing and has such a wonderful heart.

Very good - 5 stars
Jesse is simply amazing! I came into therapy, with a vague idea of the conflicts that I was dealing with in my head, but it was with Jesse that I was able to sort things out and really get to the route of things. She helped me better understand myself and my surroundings, taking time to praise me for my successes, and to pick me up in my hardship. She offers brilliant points of view on multiple topics, always asking questions that truly make you think about how you feel and why you feel that way. I truly cannot thank her enough for the time she spent with me, and the effort, and genuine emotion and care that she put forth to help me get better!
Jesse is very good at asking the right questions to make me examine a situation. I appreciate her insights and range of techniques and coping mechanisms she employs.
Jesse is non-judgemental and easy to talk to. Would reccomend!
In two months of weekly sessions with Jesse I've learnt to deal in a much healthier way with my stress and depression. She is straight to the point and very practical. She is a great listener and is great about asking thoughtful questions that disarm your unhealthy/unhelpful thoughts. She also helped me work through some career and communication difficulties. She's a genuinely lovely and down-to-earth person that's just very easy to talk to. In a few weeks, I learnt several techniques and tricks that I believe will help me deal with stress and depression throughout my life.
I was reluctant to try counseling again, let alone from a website, but I was connected with Jesse and my mind has completely changed. Jesse is a great listener and is really good at figuring me out. From the first session, Jesse got right into learning about me to help me open up. I don’t feel uncomfortable or awkward with her and she always gives me valuable feedback. I’ve only had 2 sessions with Jesse, but I’m eager to continue my therapy with her.
To put it bluntly, Jesse Weight is amazing. She is such a wonderful, down-to-earth individual who provides incredibly thoughtful insight into different areas. I truly feel like I am being listened to, and she will point out things and ask questions about elements that I never even thought about. It's truly been a saving grace to have connected with her!
Going on almost a month so far and I love Jesse so much. Can’t wait to keep working with her on my trauma, etc.
Wish there was another way to.make it more affordable for me. But most importantly had more sessions and availability. Like when I'm battle something the texting is horrible it takes hours to get a respond and I dont want to text everything
With just the few sessions I had with Jesse she has definitely opened my eyes to a lot of things that I didn't know I had trouble with. I look forward to every session with her because I learn something new everyday (◡‿◡✿) She's helped me so much so far & has made me feel comfortable with sharing my traumas. I wouldn't trade her for anybody else.
Appreciate all of her advice and willing to listen and help me through a difficult time
Very helpful, would recommend.
In the short time I have been talking with Jesse, she has made me feel comfortable and it genuinely feels like she cares. She’s the first counselor/therapist that I have felt completely comfortable with.
Jesse Wright Is extraordinary at what she does and highly intellectual. Pleasant and caring yet does it what it takes to make things right and doesn’t pull punches if it’s in your best interest. Took me a couple of sessions but now I would never turn back. I highly recommend this professional to help you with your needs. I will be forever grateful that I got to meet this lady.
