Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Very kind and thoughtful about things that are really sensitive. I dont express myself well and often go on tangents but she was mindful of that. I trust that our sessions will move life in the right direction.

Reviewed August 2022

Yovani is one of the best therapists I have ever come across. She is delicate in the way that she listens and provides suggestions. She relates back to her own experiences, which makes it super easy to open up as it is a two-way platform. I find myself very reserved when it comes to talking about my personal issues, but she managed to break that barrier down within the first 30 minutes of our session. She is like the mentor I have never had, and anyone would be lucky to have her, even if it is just for a few sessions
