Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Just what I have been needing!
I loved working with Alicia. I was already working with a college counselor but needed therapy during summer when I couldn't see them. I had realized that emdr might be a good fit for what i went though. Alicia explained it so well and helped me process a lot and was comforting and even accepting of some feedback that I had with her. She is open and welcoming and willing to work with your schedule. She is a wonderful therapist that will listen to you and validate your feelings.
Alicia has been so helpful. She is an amazing listener and offers great support as I discuss my challenges that I am facing. I am grateful to have the opportunity to work with her in therapy on myself and improving my life.
I enjoy Alicia, she is empathetic and resourceful. I need that, i appreciate that.
