Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I have had a very good experience with Trish Mooberry and I will continue to work with her. She is very good at what she does.

Reviewed November 2021

Trish has been super helpful in listening and understanding my problems and helping me work through them and their associated emotions. My fiance is a social worker with some level of experience/knowledge in the therapy and psych fields. I have discussed some of the techniques Trish has recommended for me and my fiance thinks that her techniques/advice are extremely solid. I also can vouch for the fact that Trish’s therapy has really helped me gain some level of control and agency over my emotions again, and my conversations with her have helped illuminate some other areas of improvement that I need to work on that may have contributed to the issues that brought me into therapy in the first place.

Reviewed November 2021

Very accessible and her genuine care is evident. She goes above and beyond to support her patients.
