My previous work experience as a Human Resource Manager and a Professor of Education bring relatable life skill experiences into each of my sessions. I have served as a counselor in both public and private mental health agencies, primarily for those seeking help with depression,
anxiety, mood disorders, trauma and abuse recovery, relationships, and parenting skills.
Any client who has the courage to seek counseling is someone worth celebrating. With gentleness and warmth, I try to focus on each of my clients' strengths to help them in the areas they desire to change. Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Deborah has quite literally saved me. I was drowning in complex grief with the loss of my husband. Working through it with her has been the best gift I ever gave myself. Deborah has extensive knowledge, life experience, ability to empathize, yet still find humor when appropriate, I just love her.
Deborah is an amazing therapist. So is kind and listens and given gives real life experience on how to help you through the problem. I love that she incorporates a higher power into the conversations as well.
She is a great Therapist and has helped me so much!
Deborah is a highly competent, compassionate therapist. I can recommend her to anyone who's struggling, especially people who are dealing with trauma.
She’s helped me through a lot and continues to do so on an as needed basis which really helps
Deb is very, very good at what she does. From dealing with PTSD and anxiety from a spouse’s affair to trust issues from my past, Deb was very good at listening but also relating what personal experiences she had or known results to try. She was caring and concerned about my safety and did a great job assisting me with ways to deal with my situation and my kids dealing with the issues at home as well. I would recommend her easily to anyone!
Deborah is phenomenal and honestly may have helped save my life when I was in a very emotionally manipulative relationship. She is very knowledgeable about anxiety and depression and relationship issues and treatments. She offers a lot of relatable experiences that reinforce that she understands where you are coming from, and she is just delightful to talk to in general. I would highly recommend Deborah to anyone dealing with anxiety or depression issues.
Deborah’s been a great help for me. She has guided me to be the person I should’ve been the whole time for my family I would recommend her to anybody who is struggling and I value your opinion greatly.
Throughout my time with Deborah, I share my personal experiences and battles with mental health. Deborah and I go over possible outcomes and techniques in order to change hoe I approach matters. Whatever I don't discuss during our meetings, I will usually go over in worksheets that are sent to me, giving me the ability to hone my skills when she is not with me. Overall, I'm glad I got into therapy because it gave me hope that there are people very similar to me, and I know I can overcome my obstacles now, even with occasional doubt.
The BEST. So glad that I found someone I talk to so easily and understand me.
Deborah has been my therapist helping me work through issues in my marriage. She has been supportive, responsive and I would recommend her. We have been also working on my anxiety and anger as a postpartum mom.
I think she is an extremely talented and understanding. I love taking through issues with her and coming up with a solution.

Deborah is extremely personable and kind. She has a wealth of knowledge and resources. I feel very taken care of by her. Happy we connected!
Deborah has been instrumental in helping me sort through a relationship crisis and some deep personal questions. Working with her has made me feel more confident in my decisions and has set me completely at ease after a tumultuous time. I cannot recommend her enough.
Throughout the majority of my adult life I have struggled with my family, And it got worse after I got engaged, they did not except my fiancé and continue to not except my husband. Every holiday there seems to be an issue every month there seems to be an issue it was constant arguing brought on with constant anxiety. I cannot recommend Deborah highly enough, she’s truly helped me through my family challenges and coping with it, and learning how to set barriers which has been incredibly important to me. I feel like I’ve grown more in a month than I have in the past three years. She’s truly helped me out through a very difficult time, and help me learn lessons I will carry with me the rest of my life
Deborah has already impacted me in a positive way in the past few weeks I’ve been working with her. She gives me true, honest insight and listens so effectively. I have had a few other therapists in the past and while they were wonderful, Deborah has been the most honest with me about difficult situations, empowering me to take actual steps to put myself in a better place. She is extremely compassionate, resourceful, and helpful.
Deborah is amazing. I started sessions with her during a very low point in my life and relationship and she has helped get me back on my feet, thriving and happy again. She’s so warm and friendly that you immediately feel comfortable opening up to her, and you never feel judged for anything you say. You can tell she really cares about you and she tailors her therapy to what my preferences are (giving me actionable items to do). Through Deborah I was given reminders and tactics that helped me improve my relationship and actually ended up saving it. I can’t thank her enough for being there for me whenever I needed her and for all her wonderful help!
Helping me through a lot it’s great

Deborah is a compassionate therapist. She understands my situation and has compassion in her approach to help me. She listened attentively and took notes. She allowed me to finish my thoughts and then asked questions. I felt safe, affirmed, and heard.
I am truly grateful to have been paired up with Deborah for my first adult counseling experience. She approached our sessions with such compassion, understanding and brought a high level of expertise regarding fear and anxiety that proved extremely useful for me. From providing reading and listening material recommendations, to lending a listening ear when I needed to get my thoughts out, Deborah was exceptional. I feel more capable taking on challenges and even just daily life thanks to the tools she’s provided me.
Deborah has been nothing short of extraordinary to me. Right away I felt comfortable talking to her and getting to know her while she was getting to know me. She listens in a way that makes you feel understood and always validates my feelings. I feel very lucky to have found her.

Deborah has been nothing short of miraculous! Her ability to listen, asses, and deliver solutions effortlessly is quite amazing. I’d highly recommend Deborah to anyone seeking clarity or needing to be put back together!
Deborah has been great. She listens and shares stories relevant to the problems I am having instead of trying to force clinical information and diagnosis. She provides me guidance and direction emotionally and mentally.
Deborah is really good at understanding my problems and the underlying issues that are keeping me from living a better life.
