Before I started therapy, I was broken, alone, and unhappy. I felt unvalued by my own family. But when I started therapy with Whitney, everything started to change slowly over time. All the trauma, anxiety, and depression started to fade away. She helped me find my true self and to heal mentally and spiritually through our sessions. It has been since almost three months that I've been in therapy and my life has completely changed. I am so happy that Whitney is my therapist, she makes me feel loved and appreciated, she teaches me how to love myself, how to embrace my past, and be contemptuous with it. I am really grateful God put her up as my therapist. All the love and blessings go to you.

Hi, I’m Whitney. If you've struggled with trauma, self-doubt, insecurities, anxiety, and/or depression. You're in the right place.
About my clients: My client's want to feel better. Plain and simple. They have a keen sense of when something is off about themselves and are ready to work towards a solution to getting their problems resolved. Life can be overwhelming these days. Therapy can provide you with insight on how to get out of the rut. I look forward to working together and helping you find clarity so that can get back to living your life on your terms.
My background and approach: I have a background in individual and family therapy. I received my master’s degree in social work from the University of Central Florida, and I received my bachelors degree in psychology from the University of Central Florida. I use a combination of mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and wholistic therapeutic practices when working with my clients. Many clients believe that it is the therapist’s job to make them feel better. While feeling better may be the outcome of counseling it is not always the case in every situation. My main role is to help you identify the root cause and triggers of your uncomfortable emotions, and to perhaps help you understand yourself more clearly and provide insight as to why some emotions are surfacing so intensely. You and I will work collaboratively to develop the capacity to endure intense emotions and channel them properly. By doing this you will be able to increase your ability to disperse/ relieve your symptoms at a quicker rate.
Mental mental health challenges can be a persistent thorn in your side, but the thing about thorns is that they can be pulled out. Let me help you pull out your "thorn" and get you on the path to a life where you manage your mental health and your mental health doesn't manage you.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

She was amazing and helped my mindset stay healthy and positive. I stopped from spiraling because Whitney was there helping me the whole way patiently listening and being available from a completely non-judgemental and understanding standpoint. That was exactly what I needed at the time. She was so kind and I got through several difficult depressive episodes with her help. I was able to pull myself out of negative cycles and feel a genuine happiness inside keeping in mind all the advice and grace she granted me. Wonderful therapist.
Whitney has helped me realize that I place a lot of things upon myself that I shouldn’t. We set intentions and I am given homework that intentionally try my best to fulfill. I would recommend her to people who want to do the work with their mental health. She holds you accountable.
Whitney is very accommodating with my schedule for our sessions. Sometimes we experience technical difficulties but we always make sure we can reconnect. Whitney guides me to think from another perspective about conflicts in my life. I truly appreciate her diligent work . I definitely have recommended her.
She's amazing. Super easy to talk to and good at what she does. I feel confident and secure in her care. She's also just a cool person on top of it all
Whitney's giving me many tools to use to help with my issues. She been teaching me to respect and praise myself for the efforts that I've done. Thanks Whitney your amazing!!!
She is extremely easy to talk to. When we first met, she took the time to get to know me. She asked where I come from, what I do for a living, and what I like to do. I chose better help because I have been cooping up a lot of feelings, and I needed a safe place to vent it all out. I have no regrets. Thank you so much Whitney!
