Mavish provides the structure and support I have been looking for in a therapist. I really appreciate Mavish! She is very approachable, and kind. I feel heard during my sessions. She gives me feedback and suggestions on handling issues I am dealing with. The day before the session Mavish sends some questions for me in preparation for our session as well as has a weekly mindful Monday email to bring up things worth thinking about. Where do I even begin! By far, Mavish has definitely become my favorite therapist I’ve ever had. She is kind, attentive, extremely knowledgeable, and her cognitive behavioral approach has helped me make so much progress towards my goals.
