I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas with 16 years of experience working with adult clients of all ages. I have worked with clients with a range of treatment goals including stress management, grief, depression, anxiety, self-esteem and adjusting to a variety of life changes.
My counseling style is person centered utilizing counseling techniques that include cognitive-behavioral, solution focused and reality therapy. I take a non-judgmental view of each client and demonstrate a respect that each client is unique. My focus is to assist clients in improving their overall mental health.
My goal with each client is to create a supportive counseling environment where you as the client are able to effectively work towards and accomplish your treatment goals.
I am available for evening appointments Monday thru Friday and daily/evening appointments during weekends.

I have enjoyed working with Rebecca. She always digs a little deeper. She is helping me work through a lot.
Rebecca has really helped my in a lot of ways. Whenever I have a session I feel 10 times better after we talk. She listens to my concerns and really makes me feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulder every time.
