My name is Robin Carle. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Texas Woman's University. I have several years of experience working with adults of all ages, adolescents and families who are experiencing difficulties including depression, anxiety, stress, family conflict, relationship issues, self-esteem/self-confidence issues, career and life transitions, divorce, grief and intimacy related issues. I use a combination of client centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution focused therapy. I believe in establishing a trusting relationship that creates a safe space for exploring needs and goals, developing insight, and letting go of negative patterns that may no longer serve, as well as prioritizing self-care. I use my experience and knowledge to assist individuals with healing wounds, development of coping skills, improving relationships, and fulfilling their unique potential. I look forward to meeting you and working together.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Robin has consistently been in my corner, responding promptly to many of my concerns. I feel that with her help, I am gaining valuable insights into solving many of the problems I am currently facing as well as changing my point of view as to my real nature and self-esteem.
Robin excels at balancing compassion and empathy with remaining professional. I would recommend her to anyone interested in beginning therapy.
Robin has honestly changed my life for the better. I was struggling finding a therapist that understood my main concerns and how I'd like to approach things until I found her. She helps me see situations for what they are and the most effective way to understand and react to them. I look forward to our sessions and am extremely confident in her capabilities. Couldn't recommend her more!
Since beginning to work with Robin, I have been impressed with her incites and caring analysis of my situation as well as helpful suggestions in solving relationship problems. Robin responds very quickly to my messages, always with helpful advice.
Robin is one of the best therapists I have ever had. She listens and offer constructive feedback. I feel like my coping mechanisms and communication skills have both gotten better since working with her. I highly recommend Robin. She is someone who truly cares about her clients.
I appreciate Robin’s caring and personable mannerism. She is a joy to work with and understands my issues. I would recommend her to others!
I spent a few months with Robin before writing this review. I know what it can take out of you to seek help when it’s the last thing you want to do, but the first thing you need to heal. Robin makes this huge leap of faith worth it. She is kind, intelligent, caring, patient, goal-oriented, and she comes prepared with new tools to try. If you’re ready to do the work and make changes in your life, I can’t recommend her enough.
So far I've found Robin thoughtful, inciteful and competent.
Robin listens and gives actual homework to do. Not just talk therapy, talk and action at my own pace! Much needed advice and listening that I can't get from my own doctor or insurance. I spent three+ months waiting for a talk therapist from my doctor's office, and they finally told me that patients with state provided insurance have first priority and I should go find my own therapist (I know - sounds shady, feels that way too - they were willing to medicate me, but not talk to me) Thank goodness I found BetterHelp!
Great help really listens and gives good advice it tells you what you need to hear not always what you want to which is very helpful.
