LaChelle has been incredibly helpful in teaching me how to navigate being a parent to a teenager! Her tools have helped me better navigate being a parent and spouse. I can’t recommend her enough. She is incredibly thoughtful and direct (not abrasive, just “owns it) and her personality and teaching/counseling style work perfectly with my own personality. Thank you so much LaChelle!!!

LaChelle is hands down the best therapist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I met with her via weekly video sessions over the course of nine months, and never before have I seen such a tremendous transformation in my self-perception and outlook on life. At the start of our work together, I was in a very emotionally draining career that had led me to burnout, exhaustion, depression, and suicidal ideations. I was going through several transitions in my personal life as well. LaChelle got to know me and how my brain worked in a way that helped me identify and move away from the negative mindset my mind had grown so accustomed to. Slowly, step by step and week by week, I was able to regain control of my emotions while also honoring, feeling, and acknowledging their presence. I began to see myself in a new light, and began to honor what I once thought were my faults, only to learn they could actually be my superpowers. LaChelle has this incredible ability to call me out on my BS without making me feel guilty, and I am constantly feeling the impacts of this in every aspect of my life. I can now call myself out on my own negative self talk, tell myself positive affirmations that truly work to change my behaviors and outlooks, and better manage how I handle stressful situations. With La Chelle’s support, and reassurance, I found the strength to leave my job and find a better suited career while maintaining a positive , can-do attitude that I otherwise would not have been able to achieve. I can confidently allow my emotions and depressive episodes to pass without letting them consume me, which is something I am very proud of. LaChelle has provided persistent and expert guidance along my entire career transition, and she has also helped me tremendously in my personal life to the point where I am capable of managing healthier boundaries and maintaining healthier relationships with loved ones. Her thoughtful conversations, patience, and thought-provoking questions are truly a gift. I will be able to take the skills I learned from LaChelle with me throughout the remainder of my life, which is truly one of the best gifts I could ever receive.

I love working with those who are committed to becoming the best version of themselves but don't know how to do that or get overwhelmed with the process. I have a direct communication style. If you feel like you need a little push or more accountability as you get clear on your next steps and remove some of the barriers standing in your way I'm here to help. I also love to laugh. Life can be so challenging at times, so if you're up to having some fun as we do some hard work, I'd love to get to know you more.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

I recommend her to any and everyone I know. She really dives in and targets deep hidden issues I had.
Cool and calm
LaChelle is very caring and combined with her knowledge and insight is a highly valued therapist! I had a needed break in therapy due to family medical issues and without hesitation I contacted LaChelle again. I had input from people to 'try someone else for a change' and I rejected that input as LaChelle has a special combination of common sense and a caring heart, grounded in her training and experience. All of my needs are met with understanding and compassion leaving me feeling balanced. First time seeing/feeling results with a therapist. LaChelle has been a gift.
Best therapist I’ve ever had. Empathetic but pushes me to be better constantly. Feel like I got lucky if I’m being honest
Did a great job!
She is an excellent therapist. I have learned so much about myself and have made so much progress.
LaChelle is the best therapist that I have had to date. She is tuned in and knows when to push versus when to pull back. She has been great at providing tools to work through present and past challenges. I would definitely recommend her services.
She’s very attentive to my concerns as well as gives me helpful ways to move forward in my healing journey
She is amazing she makes me feel empowered, I feel that she can relate to me she understands me and doesn’t feel clinical like most therapists she allows me to be myself and be completely open without judgement. I feel comfortable with her and feel she is helping me so much.
She so far has been great and supportive!
She listened to what I feel is my biggest concerns and seems very able to help me work past them.
I’ve only had one session with LaChelle today, but like her so far. I’ve met with one other therapist prior but she wasn’t able to diagnosis me with any mental condition but suggested some kind of adaption issues. I’m thinking more C-PTSD and mild anxiety. Will know more in the weeks to come!
Great listener and I have seen progress within myself just in a couple days after talking and gaining a better understanding of the direction I’m trying to go towards.
