Hello I am Christine. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania. I have obtained my Masters In Social Work from Marywood University in 2007. I have a bachelors in psychology from Bloomsburg University. I have worked with adolescents, families, and individuals who struggle with trauma, abuse, low self-esteem, depression, delusional beliefs, irrational beliefs, anger management concerns, and self-harm concerns. I use many approaches in therapy, depending on the individual. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Based Therapy, Grief Counseling and Anger Management Therapy. I believe in meeting an individual where they are with no judgement and improve on what he, she, they, or them wants to work towards. I believe in challenging your beliefs to help you obtain your goals of a healthier you!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Christine Fallon is the absolute best!
Christine is an excellent therapist. She was able to help me through my dark times and makes me feel comfortable to open up about my issues and mental health. She has been very supportive throughout this whole process!
Great listener
I have had my first three sessions with Christine. Having worked with several other therapists over the years, I find Christine to be the best. She actively listens (not just nods) and asks excellent, probing questions. She also provides me feedback and suggestions frequently and effectively enough that I feel heard and helped. The BetterHelp process works very smoothly, from video, to scheduling and messaging. I can’t believe I am saying this, but it is superior to in person therapy (Christine’s engaging style is key to that).
