Amber is great! I’ve had multiple therapists in the past. By far Amber is #1. She is always ready to meet me where I’m at. At times, when appropriate she has shared personal experiences in order to provide context to her advice. Therapist for life if I can help it!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Amber is great overall. Often asks very good questions to get deeper into things. Very encouraging. One of the best therapists I’ve ever had.
Listened to my issues and asked me all the right questions to help me organize my thoughts and see things from a different perspective. Would definitely recommend if you need someone to talk to.
Amber Jones is absolutely amazing!!! She checks on me daily and is very supportive. I wish I could meet her in person
She responds and listens. She does what she can. I can appreciate that.
She challenges me in ways I've asked her to but she does it in a way I don't feel pressured by homework. She listens and adjusts in the moment in gentle ways.
I felt like Amber actually cared about how I was doing. I was hesitant to start talking to someone again, but almost immediately felt comfortable which isn’t easy for me. I’d recommend 10 out of 10 times.
I've had two sessions with Amber so far and I already feel very comfortable sharing my feelings with her. I don't feel rushed.
I was a bit hesitant in starting therapy. But ever since we were matched up...she has been a huge support to me.
Amazing! She helps and always checking on me
