Life can be hard at times. Just know you’re on the right path of healing and I can assist! My name is Daphne Elliott, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in several states with over 4 years of experience working as a therapist. I’ve worked with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, burnout and life transitions.
My dedication to the mental health field stems from my personal experiences, and seeing family and friends struggle with mental health and lifes challenges. The one thing I learned is that we ARE NOT our struggles, we ARE NOT out diagnosis and we ARE NOT our thoughts.
My style of therapy is welcoming, warm and supportive. I firmly believe in respecting where everyone is in life and treating everyone with respect, compassion and non-judgment. A safe space is what I want to cultivate for all clients. I specialize in Cognitive-Behavioral and Emotional Freedom Technique but am not limited to these approaches.
It takes courage and resiliency to make shifts your life. I am proud of you. Now lets continue to make strides to a more fulfilling life.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Daphne is consistently a wonderful asset and confidant in my life:) Will recommend her every chance I get for her areas of expertise.
Daphne has helped me through a lot in a very non-judgemental, thoughtful way. I often find myself writing down things because of the patterns Daphne points out! Beyond grateful for all the help.
Daphne is the best. I was skeptical about therapy at first but she is such a perfect fit for me. She helped me feel comfortable and our sessions never feel medical but it's like a comfortable facetime conversion with a good friend who understands me. She hears the things that I don't say and we always reach the core. She's a professional and it shows that she truly studied her craft. I look forward to my therapy sessions every week. I so appreciate her aiding me in my self care/ self love journey.
Daphne's personality and approach are not just what I need right now, but she's someone I'd genuinely hang out with outside of professional conditions. She is consent- oriented: I will never feel pushed to address something that's too heavy at that time, but i will also not drift off topic for too long without her nudges in the right direction as we discuss different things. 10/10 exactly what BetterHelp was designed to do for matching up patients and practitioners♡
Daphne is phenomenal. I feel heard and understood. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I couldn't ask for a better fit.
Daphne has created a beautifully safe and honest space for me to work on myself during our sessions, and I'm so thankful for our time together. Every time I leave a session I feel de-stressed and prepared to face new challenges. Daphne has the incredible ability to see things I was blind to, and use humor to help when appropriate.
Daphne has been an incredibly helpful to me. Her compassionate, guiding approach to navigating our sessions really helps me feel both empowered in my healing journey as well as valued and cared for. Daphne has always been a message away when I’ve really needed support, and so encouraging to me as we partner in this process of improving my mental health. I really appreciate Daphne and the work and support she gives me and all her patients every day.
Daphne has been a really great therapist. She listens well, is supportive and gives useful feedback.
I’ve started going to Dr. Daphne Elliot for 3 weeks and she’s already helped me more than I imagined! I’ve made so much progress with her help.
