I believe each individual has the desire to reach their highest potential and the capacity to achieve their goals. The journey to find the potential can be a challenge. It is important for the client to have an open honest relationship with the therapist as concerns, life experiences and/or relationships are explored. I will be a guide through challenges and successes as the goals are achieved.

My approach is client centered; the client is the leader; I am a guide.

As your therapist, my role is to guide you through your journey with caring, empathy and understanding. I will listen.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Rosemary is an extremely knowledgeable and objective therapist. I have had many therapists over the last 40 years, and she is one of the few that actually helped me. She has helped me reframe the way I think about my past and how I think about my future so that I can feel positive, have hope, and learn to forgive myself for things I cannot change that I let hold me back from real progress.

Ms. Rosemary is amazing. After our first session, I knew she was perfect for me. She told me exactly what I needed to hear not what I wanted to hear. She tells me what I feel even if I do not want to accept it. She is more than amazing and I love our session. I should of started a lot earlier.
