Jessica has helped me regained confidence in myself and my beliefs and allowed me the time to heal by listening to me and engaging me with questions that allowed me to look deeper into my self and see why I was responding the way I was. She is very trustworthy and has been able to help me just by allowing me to speak of my experience. She understands the social structure and traditions of my family customs and I feel like she understands me and can offer advice on how I can create my changes. I am extremely grateful to her for helping me see I am valuable and with that value I do have the right to exist and be in a healthy environment. No longer thinking of killing myself but see a good relevant future for me.
She is a great mentor and life coach. She has helped me live a normal life like others from the painful past and traumatic events happened in my life.
