Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I need to understand that there is people out there to talk to instead of putting it all on my friend and family
Like a big sister
Lucinda is great. she can hear you out when you need to be heard, and she will guide you when you need to be guided. And when you need something and want something else, she'll work with you on finding that balance that you secretly are hoping to find deep down
Lucinda is such a blessing! I appreciate her candidness as much as her extensive expertise in anxiety, depression, family, ADHD, and countless other topics we’ve discussed over the past few months. She has shared many helpful techniques and worksheets that helped me apply what was discussed to my own life in concrete ways. Very grateful for this wonderful, caring human being and looking forward to more sessions with her!
An amazing therapist who truly cares!
Lucinda is just such a good person to talk to
She's been so helpful in listening. She asks pointed questions that help me to really get a deeper perspective, one that's more objective as well as incredibly helpful. She's helped me move through some really tough times by her helpful questions, & suggestions. I appreciate very much the work she's helped me with and feel confident that though the work I'm doing is hard, I have help to get through it.
Linda is so sweet but also straightforward and smart. She’s a great listener.

Lucinda has been amazing in my therapy sessions. She has challenged me, listened to me, and has been patient and kept me calm and grounded when things in my life get rough. I highly reccomend her to anyone who is struggling with Anxiety and dealing with anxious thoughts as well as helping you deal/cope with whatever life throws your way. Thank you Lucinda! Your a wonderful and amazing person!
Lucinda's been great at listening to my shenanegans and help me talk out loud about my life and day instead of bottling up. It's usually a fun chat and conversation that lets me vent out and hopefully keep finding more ways to improve on my lifestyle!
