I have felt an immediate sense of comfort speaking to Rebecca. Our first session I felt like I was giving so much information about myself ad my past and all she said is, "Don't worry I'm keeping up!" Which was such a relief. She asked me questions and challenged me to do think of different ways to look at a situation. I really enjoy Rebecca.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

My therapist Rebecca has been so very kind , understanding but also helping me through the hard parts and the encouraging me to do the work. It has been a good fit for me. I am very appreciative of her.
She’s very easy to talk to
Dr. Oberle has been amazing. She allowed me to open up completely so we could really focus on the harder issues. I felt no judgement or criticism in any way. Just someone that WANTS to help and REALLY LISTENS.
She has been great in boosting my self worth confidence. Has helped me immensely in a very rough time in my life. Thank you
Attentive and caring to each concern, and my wellbeing. Very personable and easy to talk to. I would recommend Rebecca to anyone that needs a fantastic therapist.
Rebecca is a very kind and understanding professional who has helped me tremendously in organizing my thoughts and advocating for myself. I appreciate their approach and they are easy to talk to.
I feel that Rebecca understands what I am going through and has given me insights into the issues I am having by suggesting I look at them in a different way and has given me ways to challenge my thought process.
Rebecca is great. She understands me, and hears me. No matter what I bring to her, she always provides a source of comfort and a different perspective. I love her.
Dr Oberle has a way of making you feel comfortable and a judge free environment
Rebecca is wonderful! She listens and talks real with you. She helps you by repeating back what she hears you saying and then talks through ideas and strategies for reducing stress. I’m so grateful to have a safe place to hear thoughts from a neutral perspective! She is funny, and down to earth!
She’s so sweet and helpful, listens to me when I need her to and responds to me quickly
I have had a few sessions with Rebecca, and she has listened patiently and given thoughtful feedback.
Rebecca listens closely, is empathetic, and truly seems to understand my perspective during our conversations. She is kind, but is also willing to hold me accountable to improving myself.
As someone who was trying therapy for the first time ever, Rebecca has made the whole process so easy, comforting, and helpful. She listens without any ounce of judgment and not only offers advice, but always gives a practical example of how that advice/strategies could be implemented. Rebecca is such a kind soul, and talking with her seems easy and natural.
She really understands! I was kind of nervous starting therapy after a failed attempt at therapy and it has made me feel much better! She is great!
She has helped me so much! I look forward to our sessions every week.
She is absolutely amazing! I’m so fortunate to have been matched with her!
Rebecca is an excellent listener. She helped me through grieving and walked me through thoughts and emotions. She gave me very helpful worksheets that I am continuing to use. She has been a Godsend, I am truly grateful and thankful.
Excellent communicator and listener with down to earth ideas and new ways of looking at a problem.
My first therapist, and I couldn't have asked for someone more understanding.
She is great and listens
MRs Rebecca Oberle is an honest woman and I feel comfortable chatting with her. She's been amazing
She’s super cool and awesome. 10/10
Absolutely pleased with her
She's the best! Totally understanding and listens and knows what needs to come first for what my needs are! I've recommended her, but also BetterHelp. I love this and love her!
Rebecca has been an asset to my healing in getting over my break up of a long term relationship. She validated all of my feelings and always supported my decisions. She understands that painful decisions, even if they’re what’s best, have to be done on your own terms or it will cause more harm than good. She never made me feel guilty on my decisions and I never felt as if she was frustrated by them. That gave me a lot of peace and strength. She also asked questions that really made me put my own thoughts and emotions into perspective. I think this was also powerful for me, as I was able to gauge where I was in my healing. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for getting me through the lowest point in my life.
She is so insightful and understanding. Insures that I am being heard and understood. Can’t say enough wonderful things!
Rebecca quickly helped me identify areas that were affecting my mental health in a negative way. She offers effective methods and techniques to identify and improve what’s holding you back. Thank you so much!
Was matched with Rebecca when I was going through an extremely painful breakup. She helped me put things into perspective and find the strength to move forward. I will always be forever grateful for her help.
Will has learned to manage his anxiety, for the time being.
If she doesn't hear from me in awhile she checks up. She helps with good suggestions for my needs on dealing with my issues.
Refreshingly wonderful!
Becca listens and respects me and what I have to say. She also doesn’t let me get away with being too “surface” which I appreciate. Shen’s interested in helping me discover things about myself and helping me grow as a person and heal from past trauma.
I've always been wary of therapists. Most of my experience with them has left a bad impression with therapy in general. I know I need/needed help, so I gave this app and Becca a grudging chance. I wasn't expecting much, even though I genuinely hoped otherwise. WOW. I am so glad to have taken the leap. She's supportive, understood my problems, listens and doesn't try to talk over you, and offers fantastic ideas and tools to help me on the path to betterment. I honestly still at peace with so many things I didn't realize I didn't have peace with. I feel so free. I still have much work to do, but Becca has been an amazing therapist for me.
Rebecca understands the challenges of living with a chronic Illness, and is helping me come to terms with the losses and grief. She listens, understands, and can even help me find humor in situations. She's given me actionable things I can do, amd talking through things with her has helped me a lot.
Rebecca is kind, attentive, and thoughtful in her approach. She gives behavioral directives and guidance in a way that makes the client feel as if they can accomplish these things even if it is a difficult process. This is the most supportive I have felt in a long, long time.
Becca has been so helpful to me while processing my divorce. She listens well and has great tools to help me work through difficult issues. I have already recommended BetterHelp to my family members because of my experience with her.
She is very great to work with understands what I went thru and wants to work on
Rebecca is thoughtful and is carefully trying to get all my facts together to help me understand how to help myself. I need to set boundaries and I believe I will learn. I’m in the beginning stages of therapy and I feel I have the right person for the job.
I’ve only had one session with Rebecca but she checks in on me often which is something I’ve never had before. I feel like helping is her passion and not just her job.
I never thought I would find a therapist that could equate to the face-to-face therapist I had previously, but Becka is amazing!
Thank you! You have helped me a lot so far! I look forward to working with you more!
