I offer a safe space for you to talk and express your feelings. I offer a professional, supportive, confidential, nonjudgmental and ethical therapy in order to help with your presenting issues.

Counselling helps you to understand yourself better. Helps you to find better coping strategies to deal with day to day difficulties you might be facing at the moment. Talking to someone who is not related to you in anyway helps you to relax and open up about your issues.

Whether you are struggling with difficult life issues or wanting to make changes in your life, I tailor the counselling sessions to suit your own personal needs. This is your space. You and I will work together to help you access your own resources to make the choices that bring greater self-awareness, self-empowerment and effectiveness in the world. You have all your answers within. My job is to help you to find them. I have been helping individuals and making a real difference to their lives.
