I was pleasantly surprised by therapy through Betterhelp. Having been to in person therapy I wasn't sure how this dynamic would work. Paula is a complete professional. She understood my current situation without need for lengthy back stories & history. She provides me with thought provoking questions to a situation which I really believed had exhausted all perspectives. Working with her so far has been productive & solution driven. I believe he will help me to eventually come to a decision on a problem which has followed me for my adult life.

Paula is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She clearly has a very good understanding of human behavior, whether that's children, adults, men or women. I've found my sessions to be immensely insightful and helpful with a number of factors in my life personally, and from little observations about large things she's changed my thinking and been able to make sense of things that I was struggling to make clear. 100% recommend to anyone struggling with any situation to reach out to Paula.

Paula is a wonderful therapist, what I appreciate the most about her is that she makes sure you feel listened to and understood. The fact that she is encouraging and positive and she acknowledges the progress you have made so far makes you feel good and gives you renewed energy to keep trying and be grateful. It has taken me a lot of effort to open up and be vulnerable but we managed together, I love working with her and I can safely say she has had a lot of positive impact in my life.
