Been a great help to date
I have been with Avril for about 4 months now and she has been a key tool in my development with anxiety. She has given me effective ways to rationalise how I am feeling and I would recommend her to anyone.
Very easy to talk to
Avril is a good listener, she doesn’t judge , she has empathy and she has good ideas. I feel suggestions come at a perfect pace focusing on one or two things in each session.

Avril is an extremely empathetic therapist. I was pleasantly surprised when I realised that she can understand my struggles, despite cultural and ethnic differences.
