I am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in the U.K.

As an Integrative therapist I am trained in multiple types of counselling, and so am able to tailor my approach to suit each individual. I believe that that is what we are- individuals- and my passion is to help those ,who seek it, to fall in love with their own uniqueness. I don't believe in putting people in to boxes, but rather creating a box of your very own.
