Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Amazing person! Great listener, kind heart. Couldn’t recommend enough!
Mandy Jane Lynch was quick to get to the heart of my issues and to the way I like to work in a quiet, friendly and non-judgemental way. I feel heard.
So far, my experience with Mandy has genuinely been enlightening. There's a lot about myself I've learnt thanks to her. Although not everything sticks (which is to be expected, we are all unique) Mandy is able to help me further understand myself. I was very hesitant at first, believing that because I am quite insightful regarding my own health, that I would not derive much benefit from therapy, I was happily proven wrong.
Mandy has been amazing. Our sessions took me to places that I didn’t ever want to face. Even though scary, Mandy guided me through it and reminded me that I was doing ok.
Mandy has been incredibly supportive as I transition through a difficult stage of my life. She is always such a positive influence on my mental wellbeing, helping me to work through the hard things and find both joy and peace throughout the process.
I've had a lot of therapy over the years. But I can say with confidence, Mandy is the best therapist I've ever seen. She is reconnecting me with parts of myself that I thought I had lost. I feel calmer and I am starting to recognise that I am actually a pretty good person, where once, I thought I wasn't.
I couldn't be more greatful. I wouldn't be able to go back to work and face my colleagues again if it wasn't for how supportive and professional mandy is. She doesn't just listen to what you have to say. She also provides articles you can read on why you behave in a certain way
I’ve worked with Many over the past 18 months and it’s been the best therapy experience I have ever had. I could go on but suffice to say due to truly getting to know me absolute trust and care and brilliant therapy I’m feeling the best I ever have and this is through some normal but very stressful life events that would have previously upended and caused chaos.
Had my first session with Mandy today. We connected from the first hi Great skills, spot on, she does an amazing job I am very pleased with the outcome so far. Brilliant job!
Mandy is a very kind person that listens to the issues I am facing and gives me insight on what might be causing said issues, she then gives me helpful material on the topic and allows me to try and see what helps. We then discuss what worked and/or didn't work and carry on from there
Mandy has been amazing. I’ve found out sessions extremely helpful and I’ve learned many great coping mechanisms and I’ve learned more about myself. I would highly recommend Mandy Jane Lynch. In our sessions I feel heard, respected, and supported. I look forward to my sessions with Mandy, week after week. 10/10
I find my conversations with Mandy have become a vital, and often enjoyable part of my week. I feel very comforted by her and trust that she has the best intentions in helping me progress with my life. I am very grateful for her and feel I am a better version of myself since meeting her. I can only sing her praises
Mandy has been super helpful so far through my journey, would highly recommend her to anyone.
The best! Simplest way to put this thank you for your compassion and care throughout the process of therapy!
Very understanding, approachable and empathetic therapist. Would highly recommend
A really lovely therapist who makes ne feel safe to speak out, sends me extra help through message and listens and gives great advice on our video call meetings.would highly recommend
Many has been a wonderful therapist and has given me many great tips, insights and tools to get aspects of my life back on track. I am feeling by much more confident and we’ll equipped to face new challenges and start the next chapter in my life. Thank you for everything you have done :)
Mandy has been an invaluable help to my coping with grief, loss and learning to love myself again
So far, Mandy has been incredibly helpful and kind. I really recommend her if you want someone with great expertise and a variety of resources.
Mandy is very warming and approachable. I love how she is able to respond to my different moods, sometimes I’m very talkative and sometimes I’m very quiet but she always knows what to say. Mandy also makes you feel very cared for, making sure that she has extra time at the end of the session to calm you. Overall very healing experience compared to other therapists I’ve had in the past.
