My name is Emma and I am a qualified integrative counsellor working in Private Practice. I use 3 models of counselling, Gestalt, Transitional Analysis and Person Centred.

I believe that everyone is unique and individual and should be treated that way, we may all need counselling at some stage through our lives to cope with sometimes difficult and troubled circumstances.

This can vary from life changing circumstances in the present or past which you may be finding difficult to deal with at this time.

Counselling is not about changing the past but finding a way to deal with the present and making a decision if moving on is the right thing for you. Sometimes exploring issues can help you to understand how you feel and I am able to offer you support through these difficult times with the knowledge that the service you receive is completely confidential and professional and that you can be assured that you will not be judged.

Your time, your story, because YOU matter.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
