I have had 4 therapists before Susan. One of them was excellent, but short term. Susan, however, has gone above and beyond to make sure that my needs are met in therapy and that my goals are clear and realistic. She reaches out several times a week to make sure I’m doing well and to see if I need anything. She assigns me helpful exercises and responds to the journal entries I send her. She also reminds me to be proud of my accomplishment. She supports and encourages me in all I do and pushes me to take the steps I need to, even when they’re challenging, to meet my mental health goals. Susan has amazing knowledge and experience with many of things I am going through and need therapy for, including trauma and BPD. She has also helped me a lot with codependency issues and learning CBT and DBT skills. I would highly recommend Susan to anyone in need of therapy, but especially young women with BPD or PTSD. Thank you, Susan for all you do!

One of the best decisions I have made this year is to sign up for betterhelp and work with Susan. She is extremely responsive, dedicated to her wok, and responsible. It’s only been about two months that I have been doing therapy with her and I already see improvements in my mild anxiety & depression, self-esteem, codependency and fearful avoidant attachment style. My career, health, and personal relationships have improved. I am looking forward to completing the needed sessions with her and seeing even more improvements overall. It can be difficult to find a therapist that works well with you, hence why I am thankful to have this opportunity.
