Sharon has been a wonderful and deep helper, she's accommodated for my work schedule whenever I ask and has been completely open about her therapeutic techniques. Following having my first child and the aftermath of working for yourself after a pandemic Sharon helped me worked through some mental struggles that were holding me back from moving forward. She has a calm, consistent style which worked well for me, I felt like I had life coach and therapist in one, which I think is what I needed. She suggested some tools to help me work through things that were making me stressed or anxious. Would highly recommend.

So far Sharon has been much more understanding and reassuring, as well as present, than any of the 2 previous therapists I've tried, despite not being in person. She seems to be trying her best to understand everything that's bothering me, and she's doing a very good job at that. Of course it's not always possible to understand someone's situation entirely accurately from a few 45' meetings, but from the information she has so far she's doing a great job.
