Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Great therapist, well versed in a multitude of topics and issues. Great resource and accountability partner.
Jennifer has been really helpful so far. I look forward to continuing our work together.
She is very professional and supportive.
Jennifer is the best therapist I’ve seen through Better Help. She’s nice, a straight shooter, and helps me unpack concerns with care and humor. In one year she’s helped me calm down from extreme anxiety and realize I was rushing through life versus enjoying the moments. Would highly recommend her especially if someone is navigating self identity and their sexuality.
She is very kind and really listens to what I have to say and doesn’t judge at all.
Great experience so far! Feel supported and heard. Accepted and encouraged.
Absolutely the best therapist I've ever seen. She spoke with me without judgment, with common sense and I felt like a person and not just another patient.
Jennifer has helped me a lot over the past few months, helping me navigate a very difficult period in my life. I felt listened to and understood, our sessions always making me feel better about the recent events we went over.
Jennifer is the best counselor/therapist I have ever had. I’ve struggled to find someone that would listen, understand, and work with me as I work through issues. Providing feedback and course correction as needed. Jennifer is kind, patient, thoughtful, and cares. I feel very fortunate to have found her!
I have been working with Jennifer for over 6 months now and she has truly made a difference in my life. She is a phenomenal listener and makes you feel heard and validated with your feelings. I struggled with seeking help and I am so thankful that I did and that I have Jennifer to help me through my anxiety and depression.
She is the first therapist I spoke to in my life. From the first session to now, she givesme a lot of assurance that I need - she is makes it easier for me to talk about the most difficult topics. She is patient, and listens intently when I talk, I also hear her making notes and that gives me assurance that I am well taken care .
Jennifer is great. I wish I could continue with her. But I can’t afford it. She’s understanding, objective, very comfortable to talk to, and gives good advice. I would 100% recommend her.
Jennifer is a good listener and very kind and she offers Good advice.
Jennifer has been an amazing help to me since I started seeing her. She has helped my anxiety and helped me to take control of my life again. I would recommend her anytime!
I really, really enjoyed working with Jennifer. She's a fantastic person with a great sense of humour, a wonderful wit and a truly insightful sense of how people work. Her professional abilities combine fantastically with a genuine compassion and love for people really made me feel both at ease but also that I could trust her with that which I've been feeling and thinking about. Thanks Jennifer. You're the best! <3
