I always appreciate the random follow-ups and the messages in between sessions to see how I'm doing. Sessions fly by because I feel so respected

Having validation is one thing, but hearing it from a woman who actually is listening to what you’re saying is incredible. I feel that I’m able to not only be myself, but also feel comfortable in a space that can be very uncomfortable at times. I always feel like I’m being heard and listen to, and I truly feel like building. The relationship has been super easy with just a short few sessions I feel hopeful for the future.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Jennifer is so personable, real, and relatable! She takes the pressure out of therapy by making it feel like you’re just talking to a friend. I haven’t had the best luck with therapy in the past but she has made it a completely different experience.

Jennifer is the absolute BEST!! I’ve been to therapists before who just didn’t make me feel comfortable and it was hard for me to open up. She makes you feel so safe that it’s easy to be vulnerable and share and work through issues. She’s amazing, can’t say enough great things about her!!

Jennifer has honestly been the best therapist I’ve ever had. She helps me so much and guides me to my own conclusions without actually telling me what to do. I’ve noticed such a change in my mental health for the better.
