I've had two sessions with Sydney and I am very glad to have her assistance. I feel like she listens to me; understands my goals; and has implemented a game plan to help achieve those goals. I also appreciate that she has provided me with ways to keep moving toward my goals even when we are outside of our weekly sessions.

she's great for anyone who needs text-communication only (I'm not saying she doesn't do other things but this is good) LGBTQ+ including neopronouns friendly. remembers what you said and gives you a typed notes summary (I do recommend you still keep them in a document or put them in a notes app) she's considerate, timely, and knows how to gently address sensitive topics.

I also love that she has sort of a teaching/educational approach sometimes. Which gives me the tools I need to better myself by understanding why things are the way that they are. She's a genuinely amazing and kind therapist who's passionate and cares for her clients.
