Keith is fantastic! He listens intently, he offers tools to work through struggles, he helps to clarify goals, and then he really supports you along the way. I know that Keith wants me to be happy and wants me to live a fulfilling life. I lost my job a few weeks ago and Keith has been instrumental in helping me find peace and motivation to continue searching for work in a tough market. One week, I was having an especially hard time, spiraling into dark places, and I was messaging him on the app and he made himself available for a second appointment that week to help me rationalize my way out of the darkness. From there we worked on an plan, without passing any judgement, to recognize reg flags in my own thoughts and behavior so I can use the tools in my toolbox sooner so I don’t spiral so far next time. Thanks for all you do, Keith!

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Keith is an amazing therapist that has helped me for over a year now. We have worked through many challenges in my life and been able to better my coping skills when it comes to anxiety and depression. Keith is understanding, relatable, kind, and attentive. He checks in and makes you feel like a priority as a patient. I am very glad to have been paired with Keith as a therapist through better help as he guides me through bettering myself as a student, mother, partner to my fiance, and as a human. I am a better person in all my friendships, family relationships, and a much better person for my fiance.
Keith has been an awesome therapist! He proactively reaches out to me and always responds in a timely manner. I have seen great improvements in the areas we've been working on together.
weve only worked together for a short period but hes been very empathetic and offers great suggestions
Keith Stauch is great! He always checks in and answers any concerns or questions I have. I have found it very helpful to have a professional that I can talk to either via text or via zoom. When I say I’m nervous about something coming up in my life he always checks to make sure I’m okay. I find that very comforting and makes me feel that he’s really listening.
I was pleasantly surprised how quickly Kieth dug into the root of my issues and got me to open up about them. I am also impressed with how persistent he keeps up with communication throughout the week. This service feels more 24/7 than once a week.
Keith is an amazing therapist for the LGBT+ community. As a gay man, I appreciate his view and challenges.
Keith is amazing, it’s the first time I found a therapist that really connects with what I say, is easy to understand and has great goal setting. He’s a fantastic listener and really a great life coach. I can’t recommend him enough!
He is a great therapist!
I’ve only been going to Keith for a short time and I can tell he is a very dedicated professional who cares about your concerns. He offers a variety of ways to work through your issues and is very supportive of individual goals and efforts.
Even with only two sessions under my belt Keith has been a great help in my focus of mental growth! Cant wait to continue the progress with him.
