Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Love my therapist!
Melissa is wonderful! She checks in with me to see what is most important each week so that we can cover that. She remembers what we have discussed and looks for things throughout the week to help me when we meet next. She has wonderful experiences and helps me understand myself, much better. I would strongly recommend her to anyone!
Very happy to have found Melissa, my first therapy journey and I’m glad to have this individual guide me to a better future. Highly recommend.

Love her!!
Melissa is the first therapist I’ve had who has made therapy feel worth it. She is professional, but still offers a strong sense of friendship and empathy. I find it extremely easy to talk to her and open up in a way that I’ve never been able to with previous therapists. I never feel as though she is being judgmental or fake. I have been able to see much progress in myself since I started seeing her and I highly recommend you give her a chance as your therapist.
Fantastic!
Amazing therapist to work with!
Melissa has helped me so much by providing tangible things I can do to alleviate anxiety. She is very kind and focuses on solutions to the problem, while trying to understand what may be the cause. I have really enjoyed working with her.
I have enjoyed our conversations. I especially appreciate her advice on solutions to deal/handle my immediate stresses, and i am taking her advice.
Melissa is fantastic! she is very thoughtful and provides healthy coping mechanisms!
I'm very pleased with Melissa's ability to refocus my attention to help me grasp a bigger picture (or at least find peace in the moment) and find calm in the middle of my storm! She's an excellent listener with a sense of humor! I'm very grateful to have such a great therapist!
