I was very pleased with Violeta's therapy. She went through a standard Cognitive Based Therapy with me and within 6 weeks, we made great progress on my perfectionism and anxiety issues. She took a methodical, questioning approach and helped me identify the underlying causes. She also provided me with plenty of useful exercises and material to overcome my issues. I can highly recommend her as a therapist.
