I've only had 3 sessions with Tracy but I am looking forward to continuing our work together. She's an excellent therapist. I feel like it's easy for us to connect and in such a short time, she's made great leaps in understanding me and shedding light on things I need to look into. She shares relevant concepts in psychology and provides me with helpful resources, which help me grow and learn outside of our 50 mins per week. Tracy is so open-minded and accepting, making it easy to be myself. She has truly made me understand the value of therapy. Money spent on therapy with Tracy, is money well spent. Thank you Tracy! :)
